Okay, i am seriously going to get back into this...please stick with me on this...i am going through some stuff, my whole routine has been uprooted and i am only now just getting back into it...
things will be back to normal soon, and i will make sure i have a bunch in the can before i come back so that i will be able to keep on a twice a week schedule...
